I don’t know if I’d call it “bizarre,” I think “goofy” describes it better. It does have lots of nice slavegirl imagery, some of the best of the 1980s big hair/big swords/big breasts sword and sorcery movies. Unfortunately, I’ve only been able to watch it on Youtube, which was apparently copied from a blurry VHS tape from decades ago. But a great find!
